Liuhanxia

Hanxia Liu, Female, PhD. currently an associate professor and master's supervisor at the Law School of South China University of Technology. She worked as a temporary assistant prosecutor at the Tianhe District Prosecutor's Office in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province from November 2014 to November 2015, and studied as a visiting scholar at the Law School of City University of Hong Kong from March 2016 to March 2017. Her research directions include financial law, contract law, ,real estate law and data law，etc. At present, she still serves as the organizing director or secretary-general of various academic research associations in the fields of financial law, tax law, economic law, real estate law,etc. She is also a member of multiple arbitration committees and a government procurement evaluation expert. She has hosted over 20 provincial-level and ministerial level projects, and participated in 2 national projects. She also hosted 10 legislative drafting projects for provinces and cities. She has edited and participated in the compilation of multiple undergraduate textbooks in the field of law, including Contract Law, Economic Law, and Legal English. She has also published over 30 academic papers, and has selected multiple academic papers for the three major indexes or won the Excellent Paper Award from the National Research Association.
