    Liu Hongbo,is a professor, doctoral supervisor and head of the Department of administration at the school of public management, South China University of technology. Doctor of management, Jilin University, postdoctoral fellow of China (Hainan) reform and Development Research Institute, visiting scholar of Duke University's Department of political science, and researcher of Guangdong Provincial Social Governance Research Center, a key think tank in Guangdong Province. Currently, he is an expert of the national e-government expert committee, a member of the digital intelligence governance and cross information science professional committee of the Chinese Society for information economics, a researcher of the national intelligent social governance experimental base (Dalian), an expert of the Guangdong Provincial digital government reform and Construction Expert Committee, an expert of the Guangdong Provincial Digital Government Standardization Technology Committee, a researcher of the Guangdong Provincial decision consulting research base: the social governance research center, a researcher of the Guangzhou municipal key research base of Humanities and Social Sciences: the Guangzhou megacity risk governance research center, a member of the China gerontology and Geriatrics Society Professional Committee for the development of elderly talents, an editorial board member of e-government, an editorial board member of the digital governance review, an editorial board member of the smart city review, and a communication review expert and achievement appraisal expert of the national social science fund projects.
