Gechunmian

Dr. Chunmian Ge is Professor and Assistant Dean of the School of Business Administration at the South China University of Technology (SCUT). He is a Pearl River Scholar Distinguished Professor and recipient of NSFC Excellent Young Scientists Fund and the Guangdong Provincial Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He is a CFA charterholder. He also serves in the editorial boards at several leading journals, including Information Systems Journal (Associate Editor), Internet Research (Associate Editor), Information Technology & People (Senior Editor). He received his Ph.D. (2014) in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and his B.Eng. (2009) in Computer Science, and International Economy and Trade from SCUT. Dr. Ge's research studies human capital, Innovation, and economics of information systems. His research has been published in leading journals including Strategic Management Journal, Management Science, Journal of Operations Management, Research Policy. He teaches Econometrics and Managerial Economics.
