Profile

Hang Xie is currently a Research Assistant Professor at the School of Business Administration, South China University of Technology. He received his Ph.D. from the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University. His research interests include big data analytics, digital healthcare services, and sustainabilityoperations management. He has published papers in journals such as Production and Operations Management, Decision Support Systems, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, and Annals of Operations Research. He has served as the principal investigator of a project on graduate education quality enhancement at Sun Yat-sen University, and has participated as a core member in several national and provincial research projects, including the Excellent Young Scientists Fund and General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), as well as the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He also serves as an anonymous reviewer for international conferences and journals, including the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), Transportation Research Part E, Managerial and Decision Economics, and Humanities and Social Sciences Communications.
