个人简介
化工分离纯化操作的能耗占全球工业总能耗的45%~55%,高效化工分离过程对能源和环境的可持续发展具有重大意义。近年来,本人致力于通过新型能源环境材料的研究解决相似物工业分离的关键问题,主要涉及新一代碳分子筛、对映体辨识分离材料、大宗超纯气体深度纯化材料的应用基础研究。主持国家自然科学基金、广东省科技创新战略专项资金项目、广东省自然科学基金、广州市基础与应用基础项目、中央高校科研业务项目、以及企业委托课题,课题组经费充足;曾参与国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)子课题,国家科学基金重点项目;入选人社部首届“博士后创新人才”支持计划,2017年4月破格晋升副研究员,2021年聘为副教授和化学工程系副主任,兼任化工核心刊物《离子交换与吸附》青年编委、广州市“菁英计划”公派留学联谊会副会长,以及JACS、Chem Eng J、《化工学报》等国内外刊物审稿人。

研究领域
工业生产是国民经济的基础,其中化工分离纯化能耗占工业总能耗的45-55%,使用前沿技术变革化工分离的生产方式有望将这一能耗降低一个数量级,对能源和环境的可持续发展至关重要。因此,高效分离纯化材料的开发符合我国低碳减排降耗的工业转型升级基本政策,也具有重要的工业需求和环境可持续发展价值,相关专业知识和技能也为学生的学业成长和长期职业发展提供了扎实的报账。围绕上述重要需求,本团队做有用的化工研究,并主要开展以下三个方面工作:
(1)面向炼厂气分离纯化的新一代碳分子筛:炼厂气中有全世界需求量最大的大宗化学品,多孔炭是最古老也是应用最广泛的吸附材料。本团队聚焦还领域的关键科学问题,开发了一系列具有自主知识产权的新一代碳分子筛,可对分子动力学直径仅有亚埃米(0.01nm)差异的同碳数烯烃/烷烃实现完全的分子辨识筛分分离。该项目在五年里连续收到3项国家自然科学基金资助,目前正在从实验室走向工业放大。
(2)面向大宗超纯气体深度纯化的新一代催化材料:本团队与空气分离龙头企业建立了长期合作,聚焦解决空分工业中产品升级的关键科学和技术问题。这一方向主要涉及化工吸附和工业催化的组合设计,以及先进功能材料的研发,我们在此过程中共同培养学生,并形成高质量的学术成果和自主知识产权先进技术。
(3)面向对映异构体分离纯化的手性吸附剂:自“反应停”的至暗时刻以来,对映体分离纯化的重要性已被社会和医药专业领域广泛接受。从手性药物到左旋糖到高端香氛产业再到两次入选诺奖的不对称催化合成技术,高纯对映体的生产技术不断为经济发展和科技进步做出贡献。本团队与本土企业合作,共同开发了一系列具有自主知识产权的对映体辨识分离新材料,其中一些技术已经走出国门,通过PCT进入欧盟。
