  1. Design of biomass based carbon materials and their applications in electrocatalysts and clean energy conversion storage, such as ORR、HER、SOR、OER and CO2RR electrocatalysts.

  2. Design and fabrication of novel types of biomass based gel solid electrolyte and their applicaitons in catalysis, batteries, supercapacitor and flexible sensing devices.

  3. Development of photo or electrocatalytic conversion of biomass into high value chemicals.
