BiographyIntroduction Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, Postdoctoral Researcher at the Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, Short term Exchange at Stanford University in the United States, PhD in Design Strategy at Kyushu University School of Design in Japan, and Research Assistant at Kyushu University Graduate School of Design. Recipient of the National Scholarship for Scholarly Exchange of China Scholarship Council (CSC) and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, key project of Industrial Design at the International Economic and Technological Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and host of the Double First Class construction project at South China University of Technology. Won the IXDC Top 10 Design Stars in 2023. Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Japan Society of Design (JSSD), and Japan Society of Kansei Engineering (JSKE). I have participated as a core member in the translation of courses Introduction to Design Futures at Carnegie Mellon University in the United States and Becoming a Futurist at the international think tank Metafuture. I am also the head of the Blue Book of Service Design research group at the Service Design Research Institute of Tsinghua University and a teaching assistant for the summer course Future Pioneer; Youth mentor of the City Change-maker Elderly Community Group at Tsinghua University Art and Science Base; The first China Carbon Neutrality Innovation Workshop Enterprise Strategic Transformation Group Innovation Mentor; The initiator of the Computational Creativity event for the 2023 Design Futures International Youth Day, and the Chief Planner of the first New Smart Elderly Care Training Camp in China that empowers the silver economy with new quality productivity. I have participated in international design academic conferences and workshops such as IASDR, KEER, HCII, AHFE, ICCIA, IEEE IE, IEEE IoTalS, IEEE IEEE ICCI * CC, and won the Best Paper Award at the 2020 International Conference of Kansei Engineering and Emotional Research. Currently, I have published over 30 papers in SCI, SSCI, EI conferences, Chinese core journals, and national journals both domestically and internationally. Youth Committee Member of the International Chinese Association of Computer Human Interaction (ICACHI) Research Direction Research Direction 1: Design for the Future, Future Design and Artificial Intelligence Based on the field of future design education, explore the integration mechanism of design studies and futurology, establish a design 4.0 innovation knowledge system centered on the future, explore the talent quality and ability cultivation of future designers in the era of artificial intelligence, and promote the development of future-oriented design innovation education in China.
Research Direction 2: Digital Health, Smart Elderly Care, and Elderly Welfare Based on the silver economy and future health industry, explore the application of digital intelligence technology in China's aging society, and how innovative thinking and tools can empower aging designers to produce more innovative and entrepreneurial projects with economic and social significance, promote the development of the elderly care industry, and help elderly people live a healthy, happy, independent, and dignified life in their later years.
Research Direction 3: Design Management, Brand Marketing, and Cultural Creativity Focus on the cross integration of design management, brand marketing, and cultural creativity. Optimize the design management process and enhance team efficiency; Brand marketing explores core values and shapes image; Integrating cultural creativity into various aspects, creating distinctive products and services, and helping enterprises and brands achieve cultural and commercial value unity through design means.
Research Direction 4: Digital Media, Virtual Reality, and Human Computer Interaction Based on the fields of human-computer interaction and ergonomics, integrating user behavior and psychology, this paper explores the technological application scenarios of augmented reality, virtual reality, and mixed reality in the context of digital media, as well as the mechanisms and underlying logic of user psychology and behavior in different application scenarios.
Research Direction 5: Low Carbon Economy, Ecological Design, and Sustainable Design Exploring the application of ecology and sustainable design around low-carbon economy. Reduce product carbon emissions and promote efficient energy utilization through design methods; By applying eco-friendly material technology, we aim to create environmentally friendly products and service systems; Build a sustainable development model that takes into account the needs of both present and future generations, and promotes sustainable social development.
