个人简介
王兆梅,女,1974年生,湖北荆州人。副研究员,博导、硕导。 为人谦和、尽职尽责。为学生设立明确的任务目标,采用因材施教、循循善诱的方式指导学生。 所从事的研究领域为功能碳水化合物,具体包括果胶、纤维素、多糖等的结构修饰与生物活性及其在创新食品领域的应用。感兴趣的研究领域还包括生物质平台化合物的分离与功能研究。
