Undergraduate Teaching

Has successively undertaken the teaching tasks of core undergraduate professional basic courses including Biochemistry, Enzyme Engineering, Cell Engineering and Amino Acid Technology, as well as university-wide general science and technology courses and professional elective courses such as Wine Culture, Introduction to Enzyme Engineering and Introduction to Cell Engineering.


Undergraduate Tutorial System

Supervises 3–4 students per year.


Postgraduate Teaching

Has successively undertaken the teaching tasks of postgraduate professional basic courses including Advanced Biochemistry, Enzymology, Theory of Biocatalysis and Fermentation and Metabolic Engineering.


Teaching Achievements

  1. Presided over the construction of the Guangdong Provincial Video-sharing CourseWine Culture and a university-level MOOC construction project.

  2. As a core member of the teaching team, participated in the application and construction of the National Excellent Resource-sharing CourseEnzyme Engineering (ranked 2nd) and the National Excellent CourseEnzyme Engineering (ranked 3rd).

  3. Presided over and completed a series of university-level teaching research projects, such as the Key Course Construction of Enzyme Engineering.

  4. Has published a number of teaching research papers, served as chief editor and co-editor for several textbooks, and won the Teaching Excellence Award on multiple occasions.
