个人简介
海外高层次引进人才,香港理工大学土木与环境工程系讲座教授(2013至2022) ,香港钢结构学会创始人兼会长,香港政府结构工程领域法律顾问。 从事钢结构、组合结构和混凝土结构的稳定性设计、非线性有限元分析、玻璃和细长结构、岩石和防洪屏障、竹制和铝制脚手架以及预应力钢结构等方面的研究;首创了一种新的设计方法——二阶直接分析法,已纳入国标GB50017-2017和香港钢结构设计规范,并应用于许多标志性钢结构项目。 是香港多本主要建筑行业设计规范顾问、多个国家及地区(包括中国、欧洲和美国等)钢结构设计规范委员会的专家组成员、香港政府结构工程领域法律顾问、担任香港工程师学会结构部、结构学科和消防部主席;长期位列土木工程领域全球排名前2%科学家;创立了多本SCI国际期刊,如《Advanced Steel Construction》、《Steel and Composite Structures》等,担任《Engineering Structures》、《Journal of Constructional Steel Research》等7个重要国际SCI期刊的编委。
