BiographyXiaowei Hu is a Professor at the School of Future Technology, South China University of Technology. His primary research interests include computer vision, low-level vision, visual perception, medical artificial intelligence, and deep learning. He has published more than 50 high-quality papers in top journals and conferences in artificial intelligence and computer vision, such as IEEE TPAMI, CVPR, and ICCV, with over 7,000 citations. From 2022 to 2024, he was consecutively listed among the world’s top 2% scientists by Stanford University, and he has achieved excellence in the Hong Kong Young Scientist Award.
