Xuchunxiao

  A lyric soprano, lecturer in the Vocal Music Department of the School of Arts at South China University of Technology, and Deputy Director of the South China University of Technology Opera Center. She graduated from the Vocal Music Department of Wuhan Conservatory of Music and has worked successively at the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra and South China University of Technology.

  She has served as a teacher for the course Opera Rehearsal and has successfully organized the Opera Highlights concert series for many years. She has participated in school events such as the New Year Concert and High-Level Art into Campus performances. From 2016 to 2017, she played the role of Soong Ching-ling in the original cantata The Forerunner — Sun Yat-sen during its Guangdong tour. In September 2019, she performed as a soloist in the original symphonic suite My Home, My Country. In July 2021, she participated in Sing a Folk Song for the Party. In February 2023, she played the role of Chen Tie'er in the original opera Wedding on the Execution Ground.

  She has repeatedly won the titles of Excellent Tutor and Excellent Homeroom Teacher.
