个人简介

血细胞发育是一个多因子调控的复杂过程,异常的发育或功能可能导致严重的血液疾病,如白血病等,对人类健康构成严重威胁。然而,目前对于人群血液疾病基因变异的了解还十分有限,且缺乏有效的治疗药物。因此,明确造血发育与疾病的调控分子机制,并建立和优化高通量药物筛选体系,成为突破临床疾病治疗瓶颈的关键。在这一背景下,基于斑马鱼疾病模型的活体高通量药物筛选技术展现出独特的优势。
本人在遗传筛选与血细胞发育领域积累了丰富经验,通过“突变体筛选-发育机制解析-疾病模型构建-药物发现与评估”的系统性工作,发表SCI 30余篇,引用超300次,H指数11。以第一作者或通讯作者的身份,在Nature Communications(IF:14)、Blood(IF:23)、Leukemia(IF:13)、Haematologica(IF:8)和JBC等国际知名期刊上发表了原创性研究成果。主持两项国家自然科学基金项目,两项省部级项目,一项重点研发项目骨干(95万),参与两项国家重点研发项目。

研究领域

多年来致力于斑马鱼早期血细胞发育研究和斑马鱼人类白血病疾病模型的建立研究并完成“突变体筛选—发育机制解析—疾病模型构建—药物筛选和和评估”的系统性工作:1.正反向遗传筛选获得斑马鱼白细胞发育缺陷突变体;2.利用筛选得到的白细胞缺陷突变体解析了白细胞发育中关键转录因子的作用机制;3.在解析发育机制的基础上进一步建立了斑马鱼人类白血病疾病模型,并阐述其发病机制,进行大规模白血病诱导分化药物筛选
