By integrating research strategies such as genetic sequencing, proteomics, nutrient identification, and brain cell functional analysis, we conduct in-depth interdisciplinary research centered on the nutritional requirements for healthy brain cells and the development of functional foods. Our goal is to provide precise interventions and nutritional strategies to enhance brain cell function and protect brain health. Additionally, we are also interested in the mechanisms by which microglia maintain homeostasis in the central nervous system, as well as the precise nutritional value of stem cell-derived exosomes.
