Biography

I am a researcher in civil engineering materials who has extensive research experience from Europe, Asia, and North America. My diverse research experiences cover a wide range of the topics related to asphalt materials and pavements. I worked on the porous asphalt pavements during my Ph.D. research at the TUDelft in the Netherlands. In 2015, I started my postdoc training at the PolyU in Hong Kong. Over there I focused on waste recycling and green pavement technologies (e.g. recycling of water-treatment waste, warm and cold asphalt mixtures). In 2018, I was appointed by the Modified Asphalt Research Center (MARC) at University of Wisconsin at Madison in the United States. In 2021, I was appointed with a facult position at department of Pavement Engineering in South China University of Technology (SCUT) at Guangzhou, China. Currently I'm woking in a multi-displine research team which has a group researchers from civil engineering, material science, and transportation engineering.
