Research Interests: Research on the biological effects of nanomaterials and the regulation of protein homeostasis using nanotechnology strategies

Biography

She mainly engaged in the research on the regulation of protein homeostasis and the treatment of major diseases through nano-biological effect control. In the research field of targeting mutant p53 for anti-tumor, a solid working foundation has been accumulated. Various engineered nanomedicines with unique biological activities have been developed to regulate the stability of mutant p53, achieving efficient and precise treatment of tumors. In recent years, as the first (or co-first) or co-corresponding author, 11 SCI papers have been published in journals such as Nature Nanotechnology, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Nano Today, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, and J Nanobiotechnology; among them, 8 papers have an impact factor of over 10. 10 national invention patents have been applied for, and 6 have been authorized; 7 projects have received funding, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund, Guangdong Provincial Basic and Applied Basic Research Face-to-Face Project, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special Funding Project, Guangzhou Postdoctoral Research Start-up Fund, and Guangzhou Science and Technology Plan Project.
