Research on precision mechatronic system control, robot flexible actuation and control, and digital control of power electronics. Has published over 70 academic papers, holds 23 authorized invention patents and 15 authorized utility model patents, and has led or participated in 24 national- and provincial-level research projects, including key and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the 863 Program, as well as industry-sponsored projects.
