长期深耕CRISPR基因编辑与分子诊断领域前沿研究。围绕基因编辑机制、功能基因组学和即时诊断技术探索构建“基础机理探索-核心技术研发-产业应用转化”的完整创新体系。团队自主研发的CORDS生物传感技术平台,实现了从智能靶点设计、核心检测系统到终端产品的全链条技术突破,推动CRISPR检测技术从实验室走向实际应用。
坚持“授人以渔,知行合一”的育人理念。通过构建本硕博贯通的科研训练体系,指导学生深度参与前沿课题研究,培养学生扎实的科学素养和创新能力。指导学生多次获得国家级奖项与荣誉,毕业生已在学术界与产业界成为中坚力量。
研究成果荣获广东省科技进步一等奖、广州市科技进步一等奖等奖励,在Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Archives of Toxicology、ACS Sensors等国际权威期刊发表论文20余篇,授权发明专利8项(含国际专利1项)。未来,我将继续秉持“学高为师,身正为范”的初心,在CRISPR技术前沿“持续探险”,着力培养兼具国际视野、创新能力与社会担当的新一代生物医药交叉创新人才。

1. 基因编辑机制与应用:
聚焦CRISPR/Cas9系统的分子作用机理,旨在提升其编辑效率与靶向精准性,推动该技术在基因功能解析、疾病模型构建及基因治疗策略开发中的应用。
2. 高通量CRISPR功能基因组学:
建立基于CRISPR的高通量基因编辑与筛选平台,系统性揭示基因功能及其调控网络,支持疾病机制研究与创新药物靶点发现。
3. 分子诊断与生物传感:
利用CRISPR/Cas12/13系统开发开发新一代快速、高灵敏生物传感器,致力于实现病原微生物、基因变异及生物标志物的现场即时检测。
