Gene Editing Mechanisms and Applications
Concentrating on the molecular mechanisms of the CRISPR/Cas9 system, we aim to enhance its editing efficiency and targeting precision, thereby advancing its applications in gene function analysis, disease modeling, and the development of gene therapy strategies.High-Throughput CRISPR Functional Genomics
We are establishing a CRISPR-based high-throughput gene editing and screening platform to systematically uncover gene functions and their regulatory networks, supporting disease mechanism studies and the discovery of innovative drug targets.Molecular Diagnostics and Biosensing
Leveraging the CRISPR/Cas12/13 systems, we are developing a new generation of rapid and highly sensitive biosensors, striving to achieve on-site, real-time detection of pathogenic microorganisms, genetic variants, and biomarkers.
