个人简介
通过开发新的生物信息分析技术及多组学大数据的整合分析,解析表观遗传学和三维基因组在发育、疾病中的作用机制。以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Genome Biology、Genome Research、Nucleic acids research、PNAS等期刊发表文章15篇,获得广东省青年提升、国家自然科学基金面上项目、广州市科技项目等的资助。研究成果被评为 “2021年度中国农业科学十项重大进展”,并被中央电视台《朝闻天下》等多家媒体转载报道。

研究领域
研究领域为基因组学和表观遗传学。聚焦于基因调控网络的构建和作用机制研究,一方面开发新的实验及计算方法解析精细的三维基因组构象,另一方面阐明三维基因组等表观遗传修饰在发育、疾病中的调控机制,包括胚胎发育、生殖系统疾病、细胞应激等。
