Biography
By developing novel bioinformatic analysis techniques and integrating multi-omics data, we investigate the mechanisms of epigenetics and 3D genomics in development and disease. As first or corresponding author (including co-author), I have published 15 papers in journals such as Genome Biology, Genome Research, Nucleic Acids Research, and PNAS. The research has been supported by funding from the Guangdong Youth Enhancement Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Guangzhou Science and Technology Projects. The findings were recognized as one of the Top Ten Major Advances in Chinese Agricultural Science in 2021.

Research Areas
Research interests focus on genomics and epigenetics. The work centers on constructing gene regulatory networks and elucidating their mechanisms. This involves developing novel experimental and computational methods to resolve high-resolution 3D genome architecture, as well as clarifying the regulatory roles of epigenetic modifications in development and disease, including embryonic development, reproductive system disorders, and cellular stress response.
