个人简介
中山大学学士及博士,香港科技大学博士后。2011年加入南方医科大学基础医学院,担任教授,博士生导师,历任教研室副主任、主任;2018年加入华南理工大学医学院,任教授、博士生导师,担任“血液发生与功能基因组学”课题组长,院长助理。 课题组以斑马鱼和小鼠为模式动物,研究造血调控机制及血系发育异常致病的机理,并开展活体动物药物筛选。鉴定了数个造血发育调控的关键因子,并确立了数种相关血液病动物模型以供发病机理及转化研究。以通讯作者在Blood,Nature Communications,Leukemia ,Haematologica ,J Thrombosis Haemostasis,Sicnece China Life Sicences,Cell Death & Diseases,Development等学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,授权专利5项。担任中国生理学会血液生理分会委员,中国动物学会斑马鱼分会副主任委员等学术任职。近年主持国家自然科学基金”优秀青年基金“、面上、海外合作等项目9项,承担重点研发项目担任课题组长或骨干3项,主持广东省卓越青年团队项目1项。获广东省高层次人才引进、广东省优秀青年教师基金、广东特支计划青年拔尖人才及广州市珠江科技新星等项目资助。获得中国动物学会第八届青年科技奖及斑马鱼分会蔡司斑马鱼科学研究“优秀青年学者奖”。 欢迎医学、生命科学、药学、生物信息等相关专业学生报考基础医学硕士和博士。招收有共同研究兴趣的博士后。

研究领域
血液发生与功能基因组学,血液疾病动物模型及药物筛选
课题组采用分子、细胞、遗传学、多组学方法,结合模式动物斑马鱼及小鼠,研究造血发育调控以及血液病发病机理。 目前主要研究方向: 1、先天性免疫细胞的发育功能研究及模型构建。 2、造血干细胞及血小板生成的调控及药物开发。
