Research Areas
My research interest mainly focuses on health benefits research on natural polysaccharides, specially in bio-functions transformation of non-bioactive carbohydrate polymers, including cellulose, pectin and other microorganism cell wall polysaccharides by means of various physical and/or chemical modification techniques.
